Mules follow the player like any other wingman - they no longer maintain a range of 18. Also, if you try to dock with them, they often try to fly away. You usually need to command mules to wait before trying to dock with them.
Autons that return to ship lose all cargo. Mules lose all cargo they held, and custom autons that were armed with missiles lose them when reused.

For the next beta I've implemented the following fixes:
1. Mules now fly the way they used to (the change was unintentional).
2. Autons now preserve all their cargo when returning.
3. When they return, the auton's mass includes the mass of any cargo.
4. An auton refuses to return if there is not enough room in the player's cargo hold.
NOTE: These changes will only appear on newly deployed autons.
