[1.2b3] Iocrym not using internal damage?

Not a major issue, but I was kind of surprised that the Iocrym Command Ship doesn't seem to use the internal damage code like other capital ships.

If there was one fight I would really expect to be wearing down an increasingly damaged but unyielding boss enemy it would be that fight...

It will probably be added in later... lots of other capital ships also did not get internal damage or compartment hitpoints, most notably the hospital class CSC's, CSC antarctica and CSC terra, which are all quite important for game progression.

It would be quite hard to kill the boss if it have internal compartments, I think.

Also, does internal damages depend on damage types and resistances? Or if you fire 100 laser and 100 plasma, both will just do 100 damage to the compartments? If types and resistances are considered, from where are those informations taken? From current installed armor, or is it a property of the compartments?
