Having stealth armor installed on the playerhip, and accepting the CC mission to follow the agent to make a deal with the executive, to bust him/her, creates a problem with the agent not being able to detect how far away the player needs to be/or is for the scenario to play out. It cannot execute when to attack the executive after the exchange, as it doesn't get to that point at all after the agent and exec meets up. Moving closer to them only results in having the agent tell you to back off, so as to not scare off the exec.
The problem is with having the agent to initially inform the player that the exchange is about to commence, and to move back 50 ls. Having the stealth armor on the playership prevents this from triggering.
