Using a disposable launcher while launcher is occupied results in "Ship already has a missile launcher".
Consistency, whether 'a's are in or out, would be nice.

I did a quick search and from what I saw in the useful items, most descriptions/messages include the 'a', so I figured the string for the targeting computer should be 'Ship already has a targeting program' which would be consistent with the disposable launcher.
