ShipClass entities that lack <Maneuver>

The following ShipClass entities do not have <Maneuver>:

Without <Maneuver>, overriding an image in <ShipClassOverride> can change rotation speed.

Both Iocrym ships are still missing <Maneuver> in 1.3 RC1.

In addition to Iocrym ships in the base game, all ships with only 20 facings and in Corporate Command are missing <Maneuver>.
