When the light ranges for 2 stars overlap, the background and amount of light for solar devices should either be a mix of the two colors (on a per-color-channel basis being the optimal, best-looking solution) or at the very least should be based on which one is brighter. - its probably fine as-is in the map view - its only the in-game view and solar device handling that needs work.
Currently it is based on whichever is loaded last in the xml as far s i can tell, which creates very jarring transitions.
