I guess you can modify...the transcendence...tdb file(yay! I remembered!) and change the ton from...100(?) to 1. And make it lvl 1.

So, like I was saying, patch spiders cannot repair Iocyrm Armor. And ya'll are right, it's Level XII, not Level XIII.

In my last game, I accidentally left a level 11 mod shield in the extensions folder but the ringer's shipyard couldn't install it.
