The most I've taken is ten 5000 Korolov missions. When it became obvious there wasn't going to be a next mission up, I moved on to killing something else.

Taikon Ventures isn't really anything special. Destroying it isn't hard (has an ion weapon) and it has great loot. By time you get to them there are many ways to get stuff equipped of that level so they are not a real deterrent to an anti corp game. If you want to deter that kind of thing you will need to give services like the trading station and the Rasiermesser Factory. Now if it bought low level things for rins that would make it a deterrent even at low percents.
