Hi there! I've been playing Transcendence for a few months now, actually managed to make it to the core once, but I get the distinct impression I missed ALOT along the way, So I have a few questions...

Juno Point station never does anything for me, but I got caught in a *huge* battle between juno point forces and Ares(?) fighters, with the end result being a large pile of dead ships and the Juno point station being destroyed. Was there some mission or something I should have gone on?

Also, what's up with the Antartica (I think) rebel CWF capital ship? I found some ordinary CW station that warned me that capital ship may be about to attack, but I could not get said capitol ship to say anything to me beyond things like 'go away and leave us alone'... again, I must have missed some mission or another. On a whim I actually destroyed it once.

I'm not looking for total spoilers or a walkthru or anything, just please give me some hints so I can find a starting point for these things. Actually, a good rundown of all the potential plot stuff would be wonderful!

Korolov thinks I'm a great escorter, I've gotten 2 medals from the military missions before, so please don't think that I'm just being lazy }:->

point juno does have a mission, you must be a fleet officer(lieutenant?) to accept it, do missions for csc's to become one- basically don't let the ares destroy juno, with a nice reward at the end.

the Antarctica is a rouge csc- but you be the judge of who's doing the right thing- another csc(terra?) a few systems back has a mission that deals with it.

keep in mind the military is NOT the fleet... it's more like a militia, a gateway to the fleet- do missions for csc's or donate meds to them to advance in the fleet, there is no fleet id, just rank but you must be in the military to join the fleet

Flt. Commander, I think.

Anyways, go to the CSC Terra as a Flt. Captain and talk to Decker AFTER saving Point Juno and it is probably good to not have already talked to Helios. Decker gives the better reward (much better reward***) the Iocrym is a cakewalk) of the two and its VERY hard to help Captain Helios. Personally, I think Helios is right, though. If you want to help Helios without being a Flt. Captain you need to say you have talked to Decker, even if you haven't.

***although if you are jumpdriving to Heretic without decent shielding and you have a 1M/i auton and a plasma torch or better (that is either a plasma, positron, or antimatter weapon), Heretic is a cakewalk.

I really want to know what happens if and when the Antarctica reaches St. K. Does Helios make it past Decker, the Ares, the Ranx, the Dwarg, and the Sung? What did the Ares offer? Will the Ares keep their agreement? Will the CW accept the agreement?

whether or not helios is right to try the peace mission, she deserted in the middle of a battle and nearly caused the destruction of two CSCs
