The armour dealers

Why don't they just make armour out of the same stuff the gladiator arena walls are made of? :)

btw aren't any of the arena opponents or the organisers bothered that I took volokov in with me to fight? Or is this kind of cheating overlooked?

Whatever they made that wall out of, they require tons of power or need to be focused through the pylons or somthing along that line
