Where do I get this shield installed?

so? damaged weapons are bad. I've had them before. The misfire(fire at odd angles), or have chamber explosions(damages your ship)

I like damaged items, well, considering that I made a mod that can repair anything that's damaged. Cheesy money!

BTW, the mod made me think of a longziu sphere.But this is beginners luck, so i will not say why. Modding shouldn't be discussed here...this si for beginners who want to use pure skill.
