Let's choose a galaxy.

Let's do a list of participants

Let's build empires of 100 planets max

6 months of time to build and consolidate

No alliances

then we will decide 1 precise day and 1 precise hour and 1 precise minute

in which will explode a never ending TOTAL WAR for the Mastership of the galaxy

This sounds like a really interesting idea to try out. I would go for it. But not on Beta 2 that is running now since we are still pretty much in play.
