appreciate _depreciated

I was wondering why something I knew existed never worked on one of my ships:

If your going to replace something: it would be nice to know what replaced it.
I was looking for an order and all i get are " depreciated "
no clue what replaced it .

How many ways can you say : go kill stuff ?, self destruct , etc .... seriously, I would like those mentioned after " depreciated " otherwise it just looks like some esoteric hydraulic despotism going on .. ( censored : Pilot Ejected. ).

If there is going to be Information : it needs to be inclusive.
We need more then " go to IRC" : not everyone can do that.
Therefore we look to the functions and the Wiki :

You know all this : I DO appreciate everything done to help George and the games : but I think we are getting sloppy.
If we get sloppy : this forum can look back at the Old Forum to see what happens when things get sloppy : _depreciated.

Umm ... I don't know where you were looking, but in the function list post stickied in the modding reference forum, you'll find this stuff at the bottom:

This information is actually from the game's (fnchelp) function; it's just a little hard to capture so someone usually puts up a reference in the forum there.

I am more awake now: and I did find these things because I refused to accept that all the new work being done would not hit on these very simple minded points: you guys are Awesome, I know this : I just had it tuff last night trying to wait...and wait..and wait for a Salvager to fill up......... then do what I told it to.

and THEN I was looking for a pre-made order to call for help : My salvager was attacked ( the T7 is actually a " good guy" this time ) : 2 others came behind it and tried to help: they all died ......so I was looking for something that might help them : got off on a tangent and that is where the post came from.

I have a call for help: but I think it could be better: so I asked RPC to see if I might get a treasure from the Awesome bag of yummy stuff I know they are saving to shock us all with awesomeness

THANK YOU for your help : I am still searching and looking up: so it was not wasted replies : just going to put it on something else now that have the answer and you gave me a solution before I needed it
