Yo so i'ma start modding again. Need some help.

Just wanting to collect as much as i can on whats changed since i left. which is when 1.01 was the standard.
I know something happened to the unids that fried my brain.
Can some one describe this one in idiot friendly english please? I'm sure it's something simple but it's still eluding me.

I'm overhauling all my ships, and i intend to fix all my other mods as well. not to mention finish my weapon icons.

Ps. i am currently maybe sightly inebriated so if this post reads like gibberish I'm sorry.

Basically you need different UNIDs for the ship and the resources. The list from 1.01 to 1.08g is too long, so I'll just link you to the changelog.

I'll point out some of the things I've used though.
Parallax
TypCreate
played with ICX devices attacking enemy ships, it was bad because of friendly fire
lots of new functions.
