Evilbob is right. The file is all of 7 kb. Zipping it is overkill, and makes for more steps for the downloader.

Besides, anyone who uses the word word "noob" needs language help... unless you happen to be a member of Pure Pwnage, which you're not. (Actually, the Pure Pwnage crew probably needs language help, too. I mean... Pwnage isn't a real word!)
