startingSystem and startingPos code query

I would like to have one version of the Scorpion GodPlayership for all the adventures; SOTP, VOTG and EP.

I've worked out the libraries and playership attributes needed but am struggling with the startingSystem and startingPos code in <PlayerSettings>.

The way to go would be a switch function which checked the adventureDesc or extension and set the System and Pos accordingly.

But I can't get the code to work inside startingSystem=.

Will code work in there? I've tried (typFind 'a) and (typGetProperty unid 'extension) but have only generated errors so far.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The ship still works in the adventures but starts at the system center instead of the startingPos. This makes it impossible to dock with the Deliverance in VOTG because it takes off if you don't start within 60ls of it.

Starting Class ships are supposed to start at the designated "Start" position ( such as the Sisters in Eridani ) in the system that carries that marker ( unless otherwise instructed to pop into another system, at which case it will show up near the star. ( usually ))
