I need some help adding some dockscreens to a station. I need this station to anger both the CW and the CW fleet when destroyed and also need it to not allow a non-military ship access to its usual initial dock screen like the CSCs.

I don't think it can anger both CW and CW fleet, because two ondestroys will confuse it.

You should be able to set both a commonwealth crime and a fleet crime in the same Ondestroy event.
