Yes spontanius human combustion is a rare event but with just enough documented cases to not be purely anecdotal in nature.
It occurs when a number of factors coincide the first being a genetic disorder(or variation), the second an unhealthy lifestyle which places stress on the person's body, such things as anorexic dieting, alchoholism and excessive drug use cause the small minority of people with the genetic disorder(or variation) to produce accumulative amounts of acetone, this acetone is a flammable liquid with a low boiling point.
The third factor is some source of ignition, in many of the documented cases victims had been smoking at time of death.
One perculiar feature of Spontanius Human Combustion is the irregular immolation pattern on victims bodies which vaguely follows the victims concetration of fat tissue, where the acetone produced in the body naturally accumulates over time via diffusion.
because of as yet not entirely understood biochemical reactions the immolation can in some cases completely incinerate bone, this somtimes leaves a macabre pair of human legs and nothing else in cases where the victim was obese.

Anyhow, you should get your genes sequenced and yes, don't engage in an unhealthy drinking lifestyle, just look after yourself in general and you'll be perfectly fine until an ultra high energy proton decides to impact your epidermis 8-)

So yeah, try staying healthy(and don't drink nail polish remover, it has acetone)
