I have developed this code for use with the sandbox but I thought some other modders could use it in their adventures.

This mod controls all sovereign dispositions towards the player.
At game start, most are set to neutral (this can be customized)
All ships and stations are registered, and if the player destroys something, the mod tracks it. The sov that is destroyed will like the player less, and if that sov has enemies, they will like the player more.

Once the disposition passes a threshold, the target sov will change state (friend,neutral,enemy).

THIS MOD IS NOT INTENDED FOR THE D&O CAMPAIGN.
It will override any other attempt to alter sovereigns unless you use the mechanics provided. (huari will NOT become friendly, etc.) No attempt at balancing this code has been made, treat it as a proof of concept.

Feel free to use any code you like for adventures but please give credit where it is due.
