Well... if there's one thing I can say about the Transcendence forums it's this: I have NEVER seen one spam post on this forum... at least, not that I remember. I remember the first time I saw spam on a forum I started a thread AND sent an email to every admin and mod...
[schilcote] It doesn't have to be good, it just has to not be "wow is that the only thing you could think of" bad

Then you're not really paying attention as the bots we're struggling with are not the normal spam-post bots! Rather the ones that sign up and have links to malware/scam-sites in their profile! which results in those sites being more 'popular'!

What? I was just chatting with CompraVIAGRAgeneric the other day! [/sarcasm]

I like that there are very few bots and spammers in this forum. If a real person can't take the time to send an email after they sign up to say "Hi, I just signed up and I'm a real person, can you accept my registration?" or wait a few days then too bad. They can still play the game and read the forum.
Coming soon: The Syrtian War adventure mod!
A Turret defense genre mod exploring the worst era in Earth's history.
Can you defend the Earth from the Syrtian invaders?
Stay tuned for updates!

Which is all very well except 'a few days' might well be 'several weeks' or 'forever', for all I know and there is no contact email/mail form given on the main forum page, the main transcendence page or in the forum FAQ. It is particularly galling that the FAQ includes the line "... try contacting the board administrator." but does not give any indication of how to perform that miracle. You can't exactly send him a PM after all.

At the absolute least the FAQ should include an email address (in .gif form to exclude robots if necessary).

There's only one thread that posts instructions on where to send the sutff; I never saw it; I only got in since someone on the BSF forums gave me instructions. I just assumed it was a dead project or something.
