Yeah, I understand. I think I know what I did. Only some of them are supposed to be locked (Specifically the "container" forum for bug reports, and admin).

Should we have an archive forum for all dead threads that are a year or more old?

That should stop accidental and deliberate necromancy. Just a thought ;)

I was thinking of having something of a trashbin hidden forum where I could sweep away any one-time-use "garbage" threads cluttering up other boards; ie one where someone is all like "I found a bug!" and then after a few posts its determined that its not really a bug.

Several other board I've been on have had an Archive forum that no one can post to but everyone can read where old threads and other detritus get sent.

we have one for junk threads (threads that take up space but don't have any valuable information what-so-ever in them), however I set it to hidden so that it doesn't clutter up the index :P
And it's not like anything of any importance would be put there.
