As long as you get rid of the "(note: )" that some of the new descriptions have and replace that with a sticky/locked thread in the actual forum itself.

I don't like the "Administrative Announcements" title. Sounds so... dry and non game related.
I would suggest:

I would consider changing the second header from "Transcendence" to "The Game" and the third header from "Transcendence Mods" to "Modding". Not sure (maybe they are good as they are now)

Modding Reference -> Modding Resources
"A moderated forum that collects resources, tutorials, guides, and references for modding Transcendence"
The above would mean that this forum turned into our repository of useful tidbits. I would move threads like the graphics george posted there and other general modding resources.
