[mod update] V.U.I.

The new V.U.I. update is available on xelerus.

Changes:

-By default, catalogues for use with weapons extended is deactivated
-The Damage Indicator program now incorporates the friendly fire overlay as well
-some bugs fixed in the starlog, unneccesary map roms removed
-asteroid scanner now uses a dockscreen (merged from the miner's cargo hold overwrite)
-CPUs and transceiver devices now have built in functionality as well as enhancing performance of VUI software and cyberdecks
-added new cyberdeck "remHack" to force a station or ship to drop it's cargo
-added ship communication to CPUs
-get detailed info
-scan for cargo
-ask for directions
-more to come
-added Long range scanners to transceivers that will mark stations on your map without the need to have them on screen and will notify when it happens.
-New item graphic to differentiate VUI roms from normal roms
-Help file added to the VUI dockscreen
-reorganized resource images

This is still in development and I am hoping for some feedback and ideas to expand it. I'd like to make some more cyberdecks and add some more communication options so lemme hear what you think.

New update, mostly minor fixes and some new content in ship communication.
Talk to other pilots, see what they have in their cargo hold.
check what their orders are
See what a station has for sale without docking
No open docking ports? You can call the station and request a spot!
Wonder why you're not damaging your enemy? Scan his ship and check what his shield and armor layout is.
Find a radioactive wreck and want to know if it's worthwhile to dock? Scan it's cargo first!
New to a system and want to find somewhere to repair your armor? just ask!

I've added alot of new options, some of which you'll have to find on your own.

Exactly how does the geological survey work? Do you have to stand still while the scan is completing? When the survey automatically shuts off, is this because the scan has completed? Exactly what will show when it completes?

It'd be nice if it outputted some text (i.e. "Scan Started", "Scan Completed", "6 nearby asteroids found with minerals") to show what was happening.

The cyberdecks are kind of useful, but I have no idea how to activate them. Similarly, the catalogs of various items seem to not display any info, maybe I'm using them wrong. A more detailed documentation of the features and how to use/interpret them would be appreciated.
