1.08b AI shuts down

Half way through fighting Arco Vaughn he just stopped fighting and drifted away.

It may be related to not having a station to go back to when he got bored of my pitiful attempts to hurt him with default weaponry.

I have a save if it would help. (You wont see the lock up take place, but he stays locked up over a save/load cycle)

Yeah, I've seen this happen with Anarchists, Penitents, Ares and Sung. I'm not sure that they were associated with a destroyed station but I strongly suspect it. I most recently encountered a frozen Ares patrol on gating back into a system.
