Original 1.08f thread here: http://www.neurohack.com/transcendence/ ... =15&t=5303 - I would recommend reading it as it contains information pertinent to this release, as only two things have changed.

1.08fa is a hotpatch version that I created with clearance from george which is 1.08f, but with the transparent planets on the LRS and the weird pink icons around the playership fixed as george is currently working on Anacreon and we wouldn't have the fixes for another couple weeks at best. Note that I am unable to fix the engine-side issue of the reactor & armor HUDs having black boxes. As a result of me releasing the hotpatch, it is hosted on my dropbox.

.....ey Wolfy there's only one Korolov Station and unfortunately for me it's in the Charon System but there's somethin' missing after i blew up Charon forts: ships circling the station during reconstruction.

That would be a different, un-related bug, if it is indeed a bug (it may be possible that george removed that, I am not sure) (all relevant code is identical to the code from 1.08f)

Again, either a glitch on george's or on a mod's end.

Unid 134349061 is 0x8020105 is itTualiComaDrug ... so this is probably a 'something from the base adventure not loading for some reason' bug/problem.

So, I've just put in 17 hours, finally got to game again. Using MiningPack, PlayerShip Drones & especially The Network... FINALLY got to st. K's, which was hell -- every entrance into Rigel except one crashed my game. I had to look around for ages.

Cruising along in St. K's, I save my game. Then load and... it hangs when loading. APBUHIORPUHPRUB!(*($^($

WAT. WHY.

Debug.log here:
http://paste.alterecco.net/view/YXqTK/

I am guessing this is a problem caused by The Network, which isn't very compatible with 1.08fa, apparently... :( Can anyone help?

I've had a similar problem as well, and I also used the Network for the Succession. I'm guessing it has something to do with the way G restructured the way the topology works.
We might have to create a new Network or something :/

Yeah, I just lost another long-ass game, this time in Rigel.

Apparently, saving in Rigel is a Bad Idea.
