You need to be a ministry admin to assign tags to a ticket - For example, I can create and assign tags to Renegade tickets, but not other tickets.

For info, strikethrough requires double backquote before and after the text you want struck through.

It's the top left key on the keyboard normally. Same as the 'tilde' but without pressing 'Shift'.
