CM1 blaster quite often does not hit the main target, especially if the target is small.

What happens is that I shoot the target, projectile reaches target and explodes harming everyone around except for the main target.

It is not uncommon for modders to create "inaccurate" weapons on purpose. And they can be very useful in several situations.

Version 1.28
- Rewrite Change log and Readme.
- Adding illegalForSemesta to "Radiated Nuke Missile".
- Decreasing chance to passing through shields from "CM7 Blaster" and "CM9 Blaster".
- Decreasing +hpBonus customization for "Tameng ST1".
- Reworking item appearing at "Semesta Main Base" and "Semesta Equipment Trader".
- Rebalance all armors.
- Adding new Zirah, Zirah Mk.A, though you will not want to use it.
- Adding special abilities and label for Zirah, at cost reducing hitpoints, but also will add 20 hitpoints if armor is complete set.
- Refixing all items value.
- Refixing some weapons powerUse.
- Adding new device, "Sentinel Bay Cargo" at cost of increasing sentinels value.
- Reworking at Sentinel armors for effectiveness and adding radiation immune.

Version 1.29
- Rewrite Change log and Readme.
- Decreasing hitpoints for "Tameng LR5".
- Reworking at Zirah armors, now it's not regenerating anymore, HR Zirah have same hitpoints with standard Zirah, and Standard Zirah weight now greatly reduced.
- Reworking at Sentinel armors.
- Adding new Sentinel armors, "Basic Sentinel Plate" and "Experimental Sentinel Plate".
- Reworking at Testing Area Lab, player now only trade one ROM for one StrongBox.
- Lowering damage for "CM3 Series".
- Reworking at CM Ion, now they will not consumes fuel and have limited time.
- Rename "Zirah Mk.A" into "Zirah Mk.0".
- Rename Cluster grenades.
- Reworking at "Tameng GE8", now the shield can invoke power manually rather than when shield is down.
- Reworking at sentinel base class, sentinel deployed in holding position, and they can be ordered to attack target. But still have sentry order, so when they friendly fire to other sovereign, player will not have his own penalty.

- Adding combat data ROM to CCM.
- Increasing damage for CM5 Blaster.
- Adding new ammo for Serbaguna Launcher, "Serbaguna Particle Missile".
- Rename "Jogger Chaincannon" into "Deras Chaincannon".

- Removing SAN and SAP at SMB, as these sentinel too dangerous and has chance to destroy other station.

- Reworking at Semesta auton, now they will not carry your supplies, AI has been changed, and automatically reload missile.
- Changing Pack Grenade into Pack Tracking Grenade.

Halo semuanya! I mean, hello everyone!
It's been for a 4 months, since I lost somewhere in the space... but don't worry, now I back with an updates!

Not much updates in here, just some fixes and revision. But I has add two new weapon, "Badai Chaincannon" and "Awan Kuning Cannon".

Version 1.35
- Rewrite Changelog and Readme.
- Disable Extend YourCORP Modules.
- Reworking at crafting recipes.
- Reworking at Tameng EE2, now it has a chance to jumping when collapse.
- Lowering weight of "Sentinel Armor".
- Setting frequency for some items, now special weapon of Critical Mastery can be obtained in Daerah Uji.

 Could I suggest a minor change to the <OnGlobalSystemCreated> event in &ss845Nusantara;? Instead of:
