I hadn't seen these already: http://neurohack.com/transcendence/desktop/index.html These are quite good, but I'd like to see some with some action. Let's see that Sapphire taking out a raider base, for instance! I'd also like to see higher resolutions (I've been running at 1600x1200 for at least sev...

I've always been a fan of the art and style of Transcendence. There are a few wallpapers already, but they are relatively low resolution and not as dramatic as they could be. Some high-res renders of some of the more gorgeous bits of Trans, arranged artfully, can be a good promotion. EDIT: And I'm n...

^^ not sure if this will ever be something that will be done, but I do know that's also the same screen resolution as on the XP phone... :D playing T on your phone! what fun! XD I don't think it's an unreasonable request, just a bit unusual. To restate clearly, my request is that the following conf...

Request: Love for Netbook Resolutions
PROBLEM: Since many netbooks have a vertical resolution lower than 768 pixels, or a horizontal resolution lower than 1024 pixels, this makes the game difficult or unplayable. Important details, such as docking text, item descriptions, and navigational markers, disappear off the screen edges, even w...

#2. I tend to ironman it, myself, and I'm surprised others here do as well. Though I've tired of the encyclopedic knowledge requirements of Nethack, I still consider Transcendence to be a roguelike. As such, can't play it any other way. I hope an option is put in to auto-delete saves on death, even ...

What about Wikia? I've seen a lot of games (GalCiv2, Dwarf Fortress, to name a few) hosting their editable content here, why not request a Wiki there? http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Wikia It's free, but you do have to get approval to create your Wiki. Probably trivial, just a way to keep from duplicating...

@doctorfrog > if it is already too complex, wouldn't maturing make it more complex ;) ? Say hello to your friend, the automatic transmission ;-) Also, the graphical user interface, word processors, even things like doorknobs and water faucets. All these devices were predated by cruder interfaces th...

Luminous - feature requests
I downloaded and messed around a bit with George's Luminous, generated a few galaxies and some cubes and such. Good fun. However, I'm not a programmer, and there's only so much I can figure out within the example config files included on the site. I have the following requests: - I've noticed that s...
