Well I took a look at the code and it looks like it will be a fun mod to use.. my only suggestion is how about making it so if you are past lets say x star system the enemies guarding it are different ie... rouge fleet members.. not sure if such a thing is possiable however :/ cant wait to find one ...

Well, I am not sure if this has been suggested before, but... how about making all ships be dockable. In otherwords the player could dock with a ship, trade [what ships buy/sell would be could be totaly random which would make it more realistic; excpet for korolov ships]. The newer version looks way better then the original version in my opinion; however I am not too fond of the square shape of the "two?" "wings" it has... Maybe make them a tad rounded, or something? Other then the wings it looks great.
