Re: Getting started with git and github

Ooh, discord, that's cool! I'll have to try and make time to look by one day. I wouldn't say that I have returned though, but who knows :D Is Xelerus completely deprecated? Kind of sad to hear that. Is the multiverse the replacement for that now? I thought the multiverse was more for complete add on...

Re: Getting started with git and github

Wow, giantcabbage, this is an excellent post and thread! Cool to see that T development has become active on Github. Exciting! And hi d1gdug!! Awesome to see that you are still around here as well! Got brought back here via a PM with questions about G.O.D and it brought back some good memories. Woul...

Re: Paste died?

Hi guys ... better late than never :) If you still want this Ttech just let me know. It's just a python app with a sqlite database, so everything from the old days should still be there :)

Re: Galactic Omni Device (G.O.D.) Mod 2.0

Wow, this is awesome. Glad that you kept this alive. Just might have to spin up good ol' Transcendence to play with this again. Let me know if there is anything i can do, like commit access to original repo or something. How did you work around overriding dsShipInterior? There must be some new devel...

Re: LnkAppend

It works as an append. The main thing about all the lnk* functions is that they operate in place, not returning the new list. So, an example: (setq myList (list 1 2 3)) (lnkAppend myList 4) ;; myList is now '(1 2 3 4) (lnkAppend myList (list 5 6)) ;; myList is now '(1 2 3 4 (5 6)) For your union nee...

Kronosaur repositories

Hi George, I noticed that you have a Domina-and-Oracus repository on github. Is your plan to have just the xml for the vanilla Transcendence game in here? If so, do you have an ETA for when you will upload it? It would be cool to be able to send you patches just against the vanilla xml without havin...

+1

If we are ever going to make this change, now would be the time. I would vote for dict (or possibly hash)

Re: Spam on Xelerus

Hmm, I can't see anything. Was the spam removed? Admins on xelerus can delete individual comments, so please post any you see. Might as well do it in this thread, no?

Yeah, the pitch black one does look better. But perhaps that is because the blue one just looks weird :)
