Mini Ares Blast cannon.

This weapon fires small explosives at a target in a shuriken/hanzo fashion. An alternative to the Ares ion weapon.

an errant TEV 9 can kill you, but if you are that desparate then you should have sustain on. The reason to call for backup is that sustain only lasts for so long and if there are wind slavers/sandstorms following you, then you need to be able to take them out without engaging them yourself.

I didn't :P all you have to do is to find *two* Commonweath Fortresses get the first one at the seccond station, escort to first station, do frieghter missions(could be done with omni-particle and shuriken but I was lucky and had an Ion Blaster and a 500MW) get Rama at first station. Rama and whatsthename

If the player manages to collect both Rama and whatsthename (the other companion from the Commonwealth Fortresses) then the both assume the first wingman postition, thus forming on top of each other.

I like this, but it definitely should be an option to let them blast away. Perhaps autopilot is turned off if a *new* enemy is detected only.
