At first I didn't get how it worked. I thought the green area was already scanned. Using "communicate" to set off the charges wasn't immediately intuitive to me. It would help to have a tutorial. You get sent out to a place where you're 100% sure to find some ore and then walked through all the step...

Interesting. I had wondered how big those nebulas are and now I see they stretch all the way across the map in a couple of belts.

It doesn't tell you the exact number, so I think those are just fleets with very few ships and it gets rounded down to 0.

I was just thinking of a screen that pops up after the battle, but yeah, a log would be useful. Especially if you had a big empire and a lot of things were happening all over it. I know it could take as much effort to code this as it does to code the actual battle, but I think we really need this ki...

I'm glad there's more low-tech planets now. In alpha, if you had bad luck starting out in the wrong place you might only be able to conquer a few worlds in the first week of playing.

I deploy a ramjet fleet in a bright nebula. Whenever I order it to go to a planet in a dark nebula or just pass through a dark nebula it says "unable to plot course".

Letting the Class A shield fit on an Autosentinel would also give it some purpose for the player, since you would never put it on your own ship.

I've run into a bug with Anton Nasser once. On the mission where he asks you to follow him to attack a chimera station, he didn't move. He just kept wiggling back and forth but stayed in the same place. The station did appear on the map.
