Another Idea:

What about an option like "Assign work" to a fleet?

It can be some simple cyclic duty like "Go to planet X - Transfer Hexacarbide - Go to planet Z - Transfer Hexacarbide" AND REPEAT THE SEQUENCE AGAIN AND AGAIN

Is it possible?
