I couldn't find any of your posts about StrongBox Mod so I just gonna post this here.
It seems that the strongbox wasn't disappeared after its used, which means that it will able to create any random items indefinitely. Perhaps you could fix that?

Some ship mods losing it's nonCritical

Any ships that is big enough to be given nonCritical (or interior damage thingy) losing their nonCritical armor. Help?

I might gonna try it later since there is so much update to the mod, but the constant update probably makes old savegame somehow unplayable when I open it, So maybe you can tell us if the game needs to restart after each update?
Also how long are you plan to finish this mod?

My opinion is Each Auton produced stand for its own company who made it. Auton Dealer simply just Selling / Buying it. Yeah, you could help to manage or simply listing any usable mods or etc. This mods things is like messy library without a librarian.
Xelerus also pretty dead IMO. But sometimes there is always had a new mod or just a new update.

Kinda remind me of Remoras from VOTG. I think it would be a nice idea, using somewhat like the Rank system to open new features like new items to craft or etc.

How about the smaller ships? I was thinking that smaller ships have their max reactor capped somewhere below 1Gw. (Imagine having hornet battle pod with Hyperion reactor).

Yes, at the moment there is no way a player with a single ship could do that...without mods.
