Freedroid RPG is supposed to be a lot like Diablo/Ultima/Fallout. Might want to take a look at it if you're into that sort of thing.

If you really persist on 'pure vanilla', you can equip any weapon with the WMD (aka 'station damage') attribute and blast the wrecks. At present, when you load uranium rods into your reactor (which shouldn't even work, if it's a fusion reactor, if my knowledge of physics is correctish), you get energy....and nuclear waste.
