Enhanced Taikon-200 for me. It has high HP, fast regeneration, and minor resistance to plasma. Its power consumption and mass are reasonable for a high level shield.

I looked at the Wolfen as the sports car of Commonwealth ships. It has fast base speed and limited space. It is as Androgeos wrote. If disabling devices were not allowed, then the inertialess drive, among others, would be more trouble that it is worth. P.S. At least for standard playerships. In mods that let the player pilot a massive, slow ship such as a CSC, I would have an inertialess drive installed...
