If all the stations get destroyed, then you need to talk to Kate in order to figure out that you're supposed to go after the sentinels. I'm not sure if this has an effect on how often a sentinel will drop a rom.

Really? I always thought it had nothing to do with the player, but rather the fact that someone was mucking around with their device. After all, I don't think anyone landed there before Kate did.

What if the star that is supposed to go nova is like Elysium in that it links to all of our star gates? Blow up that star with all of the gates on....perhaps that would work.
