The aimTolerance attribute is used only by the AI. It the angle within which the AI considers the ship to be lined-up with the target.

Unfortunately, the values the angle attribute cannot be random. Though I will possibly add range values in a future version.

It's possible that the images are in a format that Transcendence doesn't like.

In particular, I believe the mask (xwingmask.bmp) must be either a monochrome (1-bit) or grayscale (8-bit) bitmap.

I've fixed this in the next release.

It is a bug that happens only when the morning star cannon (or plasma torch) blows up wrecks.
