Most worlds in a cluster sit around redistributing resources, and having to calculate the optimal import/export percentages by hand can be quite tedious, so I just leave it alone until everything stabilises. The fleet I was attacking with was listed with a power level 3-4 times the defence forces. It was 800+ udines vs 400-600 each of GDM and HEL.

I understand there may be times a player wants to override immunity, but that should be a player action, not the default.

I haven't tried in a while but being a Linux only user I have gotten the original version to run in Dosbox and the windows version to run with Wine.

You shouldn't need to port either to play them.
