I was running into a similar problem for my own playerships with secondary weapons. This is my Ministry ticket on how I was trying to go about getting the issue fixed if you want to add a comment to bump it back up into sight.

Actually, thrust and thrustRatio aren’t the problem at all. I ran into that in a much earlier version of TBR when George changed how thrust power usage is calculated a ways back. Sorry, but that really is your best option if you want to look at the XML files; to my knowledge, they’re not uploaded anywhere. You might be able to find the 1.8 files in the Git repository if it keeps a history of old versions, but you may have to dig a bit since it’s currently on the 1.9 stream....

This will decompile Transcendence.tdb, not Transcendence.exe. The TDB files decompile into the assorted XML files (plus whatever graphic or audio files are included).

My suggestion would be to try starting a game with only the Armstrong mod enabled, and see what ship screen you have. Add another mod, start another new game, lather, rinse, repeat until you have the wrong screen show up. That’s probably the one breaking things. (I’ve had to do that to see what was...

The UNID for the trading computer ROM is &itTradingComputerROM (or 0x00100044 if you need the hex value). It’s in UsefulItems.xml as of somewhere in the 1.8 releases.

Something on the Albatross broke at some point during the 1.9 alphas, and I have no idea which one was the culprit. Regardless, it’s been fixed and AE — Playerships has been updated.
