Oh I like that !
With a bit of luck, it would enable players to get the Ion9, while still honouring the never backtracked conduct.

Rasiermesser doesn't seem to invest in Insurance for it's employees.
heh, that would make a nice ticket.

Dvalin should move to another Rasiermesser station in case its own station is destroyed.

Hmmm, that crate delivery was the mission? I was wondering about that. It seemed kind of pointless. Perhaps it opened up an option in the black market that wasn't open before?
nope, just that crate.
It is "nearly" a placeholder mission.

the function list of 1.7 is the same as 1.7b6, so no need for a new diff.

however, there are still a couple of typos, for example:

in cnvDrawText, it says 'cener instead of 'center
