Yes, certainly if the regressions are bad enough. I believe I've fixed all known regressions so far:

1. Unable to continue Taikon School mission if shields < level 5 [Thanks to giantcabbage]
2. Fixed a regression bug with R:nn [Thanks to giantcabbage]
3. Fixed regression in DamageDesc parser (did not handle spaces between colons) [Thanks to Shrike]
4. #712: Bug with Centauri Occupation. This also fixes giantcabbage's problem with orders (O:nnn) in OnCreate.
5. #714: Regression with shpFixBlindness.

Regarding the shield level, I would imagine that Armor level is vastly more important. I mean, I often get to point Juno still using the dinky hull plate ionizer w/ some over-leveled armor (like octocarbide, by that level)

So what does the new University Quarter mission do? After I finished it, I think the guy said he had done something to my navigational computer but I can't figure out what changed.

Actually now you hit "N" to see the map once it's installed.

Structures were introduced in George's point #1.
In my code, it is line 33. (look for brackets)

Ahh, those structs... i can't see why you shouldnt be able to make a list of them... did you try?
