Ok, so I have been working on a hotpatch which fixes the pink stuff around the ship on the map screen, as well as fixes the transparent LRS. Unfortunately it seems that the reactor and the armor screens are rendered on a different pane, and then those images have an internal mask that is applied... and not working because of the change to the backColor system, hence why it renders with the black box around it.

A little help has finally got me running f, and I've found some weirdness.
As these things go it'll probably be weird fluke one-of-a-kind thing that no-one else has ever seen and makes me look completely nuts. Again.

Anyway...
f & fa do not like loading game files after being played.
In other words:
Loading from startup is fine and works.
Loading after save & exit is about 50/50 whether it works or not.
Loading after death is instant CTD after you exit the stats screen.

I open the game by double clicking the exe file It shows offline on top left corner when i click on it to register it accepts my user name password & email address when i click register it gives error message " unable to send command to server" I can still play the game but i can't register online. Please note my internet connection is on but still i receive this message

Location: Hmm... I'm confused. Anybody have a starmap to the Core?

We've had this issue before. I wouldn't worry about it since it's not really too important, as the Multiverse isn't up yet. I'd suggest just playing the game and sticking around to see if it works in later versions ;)

1.01 is the main stable game while the later versions are still beta (in testing).
