I would love some feedback on the new armor balance. I fully expect to make changes in the next version, so any balance feedback will be helpful.

Corporate Command has been updated to have new mass limits, but Eternity Port has not been.

Thanks to everyone who reported bugs and offered suggestions for this release. Also, a big thanks to giantcabbage for converting the Fleet missions to the new(ish) mission architecture; and to NMS for providing Auton Bay fixes and improvements.

I've just downloaded this version of Transcendence after not playing for a longer time.
Lots of changes for me, finally there are more versions of solar armor - well but no more free fuel :D

I also wanted to try the new Benedict missions which have been updated with 1.7, but they dont seem to be available with 1.8. All I get is to shoot those training drones, no more missions after that.

Do the Benedict missions work with 1.8?

 Not currently; it’s already been ticketed. Give it another alpha or two and it should be fixed.

The early Benedict missions and Korolov at Charon were broken by my mission updates. The Benedict missions are just missing the sistersMission attribute and I've added a fix in the "MissionRefactor" mod available here: https://github.com/gcabbage/Transcenden ... master.zip

Edit: Initial version of the Korolov at Charon missions added too

Thanks for the release. Having jumped 0.7 versions, it's really fascinating to see just how much has changed over 4 years of development. :shock:
