Commonwealth Fortress mission vs Corporate Command storyline

Commonwealth Fortress in the Anaxis system gave me the mission to destroy the 'Cyclops Corporation HQ' because it 'has been harassing traffic in the area' (mission1b).

I didn't really read the mission orders before accepting the mission; guess what happened to me, flying out there all alone

Anyhow, I guess the Commonwealth Fortress should exclude the Corporate Command missions special stations from its allEnemyStations list.
