ShieldPower v1.0 algorithm cube does not work if shield is not enhanced. The worst this cube can do is strip existing enhancements off of the shield, but it no longer inflicts -20% hp on shields, along with the cute "error" message. Attempts simply say enhancement has no effect.
Attempt to add negative hpBonus does not work.
