Slave coffins missing?
Just took down a Sung Slave Camp in the fifth system, and did it very carefully. I got 10 slave coffins and accepted them. A few minutes later I looked through my belongings and they weren't there. Can't find them jettisoned anywhere, and I can't go back to get them. Any ideas what might have happened? I'm back to playing after about a years absence and was looking forward to Domina's reaction to my gifts.

Did you dock anywhere? any CW-affiliated station will take them, thank you kindly, and then pretend like you never existed 
Yeah, any CW station will take the slaves off your hands - though if you show up with enough slaves (10 is usually more than enough), they'll often give you some nice little reward in return.
I'm not sure if all CW stations will give you the reward though? Some might just take the slaves and give nothing regardless? Never been sure about that.
