Best combos

Digdug and Wolfy and I were chatting on IRC and when we switched reactors came up.

So what do people consider the best weapon/shield combo for each reactor.

To start it off

100mw Katana/Class V deflector
100mw +enhanced Katana/invincible

a 25MW can accomodate a mark III and a mag launcher, a superconducting shield and a tritum propulsion upgrade.
