They say "We fOllOw THe sTRonG" or something like that.
They are really weak and die easily.
Are there any other guys like this?
Also I've seen and heard on here about being an ally with certain groups and they'll fight with you. How do you get aligned with these people?

The only faction I know of who you can befriend are the Huari. They do not fight for you, but once befriended they will let you dock with them and give you missions. They do not give rewards, but the missions can yield some loot (you blast more Sung ships), and if you successfully defend them, you may earn a damaged one-of-a-kind weapon from a Sung wreck that the Huari will repair. The weapon is the Qianlong Archcannon.

SPOILER
To befriend the Huari, you must destroy six Sung fortresses or citadels. Slave camps do not count toward the quota. In addition, you must not destroy any Huari ships.

Damn I think I destroyed one of the Huari ships earlier in my game, but it was attacking me. It's the blue-steel T shaped ships right? U think that counts?

Until you befriend the Huari, they are hostile and may attack you. They are much less aggressive than other enemies if you keep your distance and do not attack, but they will attack if you hang around for too long or stray too close to their fortresses. They are also much better armed than most other enemy factions of their level. The destroyers are armed with four slam cannons.

Yes, they are big blue or purple T ships with a yellow square near the front. If you blew one up, you will never befriend them in your current game. On the plus side, they drop good loot, almost as good as the Ventari. If the Huari fortress has not been destroyed, you can farm Huari destroyers for SN2500 reactors and superconducting coils, the latter can be taken to Tinkers for them to convert into superconducting shields. Sell a bunch of those shields for a bunch of credits.

One more thing. If you befriend them in another game, they are still hostile toward Commonwealth and allies. It is amusing when you are best buddies with the Huari, yet they still open fire on passing Commonwealth traffic.
