During the mission to find the Huari Temple. The Huarian giving the symbiote warns that if i was a spy for the sung, the symbiote would kill me. Does that ever haappen???

Considering the depth of the game, it should have happened even if there was 5% chance.

If you are a Sung spy or if you mean us harm, the symbiotes will kill you when they are implanted.

You are Correct : the drug should take into account the Player's work prior to making Peace with the Hurin Masters :
in other words: as the Hurin track the Player : so should the Drug call in to play that tracking :
IF the player has destroyed a Hurin destroyer ( it does happen in self defense more often then I think it should, but they are so very sneaky about showing up in odd places )
IF the Player has fired on a Habitat :
If the Player has sold slaves :

these should amount to a Teraton experiment of killing or seriously injuring the player or not : lack of an AutoDoc would not be a good idea if it gets in the game

Yes . Now it makes sense. I had not done any of those and thus the symbiote didn't kill me.
